Situated above El Olingo are 5 churches. These well established churhes are often forgotten. The closest we come to them with BMDMI mission teams is the village of El Olingo. This requires them to walk anywhere from one hour to 9 hours to reach the medical and dental clinics.
We hope to take our first team to this area in 2011. I expect it to be very similar to the villages above El Ocotal. I hope to have several vet teams each year in this area. We also plan to reach these areas with medical, dental, and evangelistic teams. The churches in this area:
